Been on yet for a few months now. At first everything was great. Amazing sex drive more energy etc. now a few months later I feel terrible. No sex drive at all and very tired. Got labs done

Total test: 1,400 range 400-1200
SHBG 11 range 15-7
E2 non sensitive 10 range 2-40
Prolactin 5.0 range 3.0-15
Progestrone 3.3 range .2-1.3

My man hood actually looks as if it's shrinking, when not erect it almost seems to crawl inside of me(shrivels up) doesn't hang nicely like it was last month. I was looking up some things and found having high prog can caused ED, loss of libido, shrinking of man hood, bad sleep and some more. How can I go about lowering it?

Is he going to help you out with this? And you are trying to get a 2nd opinion. Im not sure?...but can hcg raise progesterone almost like hmg would

Also.. you e2 at 10 is kinda lowm i like mine right in the middle of the zone.

Find out what is making your progesterone level too high. High progesterone levels may be a result of endogenous factors, such as adrenal hyperplasia. Getting this condition under control will lower progesterone levels. An exogenous factor would be high levels of progesterone due to progesterone replacement therapy. The doses could be lowered or stopped to naturally reduce the level of progesterone.

If your high level of progesterone is not due to an exogenous or endogenous cause, this means that your base level of progesterone is too high. Discuss with your doctor how to handle this. Your doctor may suggests prescription remedies that are not natural, so make sure to let your doctor know you would like natural remedies. (A holistic doctor might be your best bet.)

Consider the possibility that emotional factors are contributing to your low levels of progesterone. Bioenergy balancing theorizes that unresolved emotions held in the body can alter the body's ability to balance hormone levels appropriately. In this case, psychotherapy or some other type of counseling may help to naturally lower the level of progesterone in the body.

He put me on trt because I have been using aas since 18. I had to stop competing at 21 because I became very sick with adrenal issues. Low cortisol-aldosterone, dhea. Now I'm on 6mg of medrol and fludrocortisone. My T was 164 after coming off a cycle and not doing pct because I ended up in the ER with adrenal insufficiency symptoms. Did clomid 12.5mg ed for 3 weeks(doc prescribed) test rose to 320 he said I'd be better of on trt. I want to get off trt completely but no endo knows what a pct is I ask him to prescribe me some toremifene and clomid to do a restart and he looks at me like I'm crazy. So I'm thinking of coming off because I don't want to be stuck on trt forever. And it's to much to try an control all these hormones. But libido is non existent and I'm assuming it's because of high Progestrone levels.

12.5 mg clomid is a joke. Just saying. I wonder what your levels wouldve been at if you ran it 50mg eod

Exactly, I wanted to but was only given enough for 12.5 a day. I would run Torem 120/90/60/60 clomid 100/50/25/25. Also RBC is 6.12 and HCT is 53.4% and he doesn't want to do anything about it. I guess I have to take matters into my own hands and come off and do a aggressive pct. Wait a month after serms and get labs.

Sometimes we know better than doctors ;)

Your current issue is that your E2 is way too low. That is why you feel like crap and have ED issues. You need to keep it between 20-40pg/ml on the Sensitive Assay. Are you taking an AI?

You can certainly try an HPTA Restart assuming you are Secondary. What you did for three weeks is inadequate. You need to run hCG for while and then switch too Clomid+Nolva.

Just donate blood. That is the only way to lower HCT.

The madrol and fludrocortisone would be my guess. While they help with cortisol problems, they do have an impact on both the pituitary and adrenals. I didn't do a ton of digging, but glucosteroids and corticosteroids are known to increase prolactin and progesterone.

I would honestly talk to your doctor about your concerns as well as bringing that AI down. A restart may work, but I'd be surprised if it did while on the anti-inflammatory drugs.

My .02c :)

You think a restart wouldn't work while being on the glucosteroids? I just started hmg, toremifene, and clomid.

I know glucosteroids suppress acth from the pituitary but I don't see how they would prevent a successful restart?

I would suggest that most likely you might have supraphysiological cortisol level which is the main reason why you are getting all this erectile dysfunction issue. High cortisol leads to catecholamine release leading to ED. Are you overtraining? How's your nutrition? This is not an estrogen issue given you registered a 7. Back down on your training, and start revamping your nutrition. Add more healthy fats to your diet, mostly rich in omega 3's, lots of vegetables to supplement the micronutrients and decrease inflammation.

How lean are u?
What b.F % ?
Try using 0.125 mg adex twice weekly...
The 0.25 mg is a tad strong for me too...
We aromatize differently on TRT keep in mind
