TRT - Sustanon 250. Ideal dosage and build up?

Hi.

Due to low Test, my Dr has put me on Sustanon 250 every 2 wks. I typically end up with symptoms of low T around day 7 or 8. I'm thinking of increasing it to E10D - Is this too short?

Also, on average, how long does it take to build up in the body to notice positive, stable, effects?

Thanks.

Your doctor has put you on sus250. 1 shot every 2 weeks? Wow. I would imagine that your T levels will fluctuate with sustanon due to the esters. It would be understandable if he put you on C or even E.

Either way I would split the dose if possible, rather than 1 shot bi weekly I would split the dose weekly. Or split even more if possible....

And build up depends on the esters. You have 4 different esters in sustanon.

The idea is to keep levels stable. Sustanon has the prop ester. Although only a small amount it is still there. To keep levels stable you need to take into account the half life of the ester. And prop is EOD.... Find it strange that sus250 has been prescribed. I would personally ask why and suggest C or E for trt

i rec teste or cyo for hrt, ask doc. but anyway i would pin the sust every week IMO

You mean the whole 250mg of sus per week? If so, just hope my private/normal Dr will agree, as this is quite a lot.

Can I also inject sus subcut? I always end up hobbling around like a cripple for a few days when doing IM! ;)

Re Arimidex AI; is 1mg E5D ideal?

Split the dose, so it would be .5ml 1 week and .5 the next. At least them your levels are more stable and you shouldn't feel the downs of low T levels. I would have a chat with the doctor next time he wants to see you.

I agree with getting on Nebido. It is a better choice than the blend of esters found in sustanon.
