TRT / Testosterone and Concussions

A friend of mine has had post concussions symptoms for over 2 years... his testosterone is around 200ng/dl he is 30 years old, I assume it was much higher before.

Has anyone administered TRT/Testosterone for relief of post concussion symptoms?
