Ok so i start testosterone replacement therapy after the blood tests come back , which i already know are low as i had tests done privately 3 days prior.

I'm very concerned though as my Endocrinologist wants to prescribe every 2-3 week injections of sustanon? 1ml which i would assume is 250-350mg. Can someone please link some research or something for me to take to my Endo in-order to convince him that it will end badly? He doesn't want to prescribe AI's or Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) either....

How do you know it will end badly?

The dosing he put you on is similar to what all of my endo's have ever done.
Mine was 200mg every 2 weeks but even at 350mg every 3, the weekly number is still 116mg/wk.
Only 16mg/wk difference vs 200mg cyp every 2 weeks.

That being said, I still think every 2-3 weeks is too infrequent.
On just 200mg every other week, my serum levels ranged from 1300ng/dl-204ng/dl, the swings were horrible.
Since i started taking over my own injections I do much more frequent smaller doses.

It took me 5 years and 4 endo's before I had one that would even adjust anything.

Just tell him you want to self inject. As long as you have enough needles you can chose the frequency that works best for you. Many guys here like every 3.5 days. Some go every 5 days and others every 7. There aren't many guys going longer than every 7 days for the reason Avido described.

sustanon 250 every 2 weeks should be fine as it has longer releasing esters so you don't need to inject so often...I have a shot of Nebido 4ml every 7 weeks which is great and I almost forget about the whole testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) thing and I can go on long holidays without taking anything...
Ask him about Nebido which will be less hassles than sustanon..
