IM CURRENTLY 170 6FT AND ON A GOOD CYCLE WANTING TO GAIN MASSIVLY 24 YEARS OLD TELL ME WHAT U THINK PLEASE

pbth, a regular old whey powder is fine, or better yet real food that gives you those vitamins etc.

i have a bro whos 6'0 230 natty, he cut to 205 in a few months and now is bulking again. you have a long way to go before u touch the juice.

what the hell is supposed to be the point of this? I mean really, what is the point of 4.51g of waxy maize starch? Youre missing the point. Keep it simple.

i recommend ordering all your ingredients separate.

order a 100% whey protein for PWO (isolate, or coldfiltration is fine)
order the teamSkip blend for MRP's or as a bedtime shake.
you can even just order the teamSkip blend and use it exclusively, no need for a 100% whey PWO really.

and if you want a preworkout boost order something like BCAA boost, or CellSwell Matrix.

see...simple.

Your making things too complicated. I agree with suareezay... doing things seperatly see how your body reacts. Add things as you need them.

forgot to mention that Wazy Maize starch is causing an uproar with the super advanced/nutrional guru guys over at IM...but the OP probably wouldnt notice any benefit from it.

If you want, you can use it as your PWO carb source though. Ive been using it PWO and really like it. It really fills you out without any bloat or GI problems.

I basically agree with everything said by Suareezay... except I use the TeamSkip Blend for everything. I would be better off using different mixes dpending on the time of day and training, but I like to keep it simple and I think the TeamSkip blend is the best all around

yea, thats probably what im going to start doing...just using a blend for everything.

i bet you a dollar that using one blend exclusively instead of time specific blend will have next to zero impact on anything. performance-wise, body composition-wise...anything.
