I'm new to taking supps so i had a few questions about protein powder, do the scoops that come with it represent 50g or do you actually weigh it out. And also does it have an expiry date? Oh and another thing what other things should i take post workout. thanks
 
I'm not too sure what the size is of their scoop, but if you Email them they should be able to answer it for you. I just use an old scopp that I got with some ON Whey back in the day.

As for post workout I would take some Waxy Maize Starch, then 20 mins later have a protein shake.
 
The type of protein you get from TP will determine how many grams of protein are in a given volume. They can tell you based on your mix.

Depending on what you believe and what you want to take; glutamine, waxy maize, bcaa, cee....all of those good things usually go in a shake immediately following your workout. Most folks wait 30-45 minutes after this to down their whey.

Easto doesn't wait as long because he doesn't have all that other stuff in there. He doesn't need to wait that long.
 
What exactly is bcaa? And by cee do you mean creatine ethyl ester?
Also i see on tp they have a new creatine, its called Creatine Gluconate, should i get that instead of the cee?
 
CEE= Creatine Ethyl Ester

BCAA = Branched Chain Amino Acids

I use Creatine Ethyl Ester. To tell you the truth, I have no clue what Creatine Gluconate is. It seems like every week there is some new type of creatine coming out. The CEE works well for me, so that is what I use.

Again, I agree. New sups to take a shot at your pocket.

As for bcaas, most feel that you have to do a ton of them to get much from them.
