Trying D-bol?

I have been lifting for quite some time and kinda hit a wall as far as gains and weight im putting up. I do a lot of reading, and would like to take the next step. Any help or advive?
 
Test E for 12 weeks, have an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) for your cycle like aromasin. Do a proper post cycle therapy with clomid and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG). Check out the stickies at the top of this forum. Dbol is great, you will like it much better with test E.
 
Don't do a dbol only cycle, oral only cycles are a not recommended. If you really want to run a cycle start with a test e cycle and do a little research on the boards. Everything you need to know about planning for a first cycle can be found here.
 
OK, I did a cycle of PH Massfire made by GE Pharma and a post cycle therapy (pct) of A-HD and did not see a lot of results. My stats 5ft 6in. 192 lbs. bench 335 deadlift 450. I am a huge fan of Franco Colulbu, In my reading I saw they found D-bol to be very effictive. I would like to get up to 205 and bench 400 and deadlift over 500.
 
I'd say you're reading outdated stuff, that's not the protocol these days. Is dbol effective? very. But you need to know how to use it in a safe/efficient way.
 
I just started a testE/Dbol cycle 3 days ago. A lot of people will tell you not to run dbol first time so you can see how testE affects you alone. Other people will tell you its fine and encourage you to add dbol as a kickstart. You just have to make the decision yourself. In case you do decide to use dbol, use a low dose (20mg/day) and for a short period of time (3-4 weeks).
 
Test E/C @ 500mg a week and 30mg ed of dbol for 4 weeks at start. DONT do dbol alone. you'll regret it
 
Just signed up on this site today. I use a lot of sites, mainly this one to help make decisions so i don't have to go solely off what a few friends say. Ive noticed a lot of people going against dbol only cycles. Personally, i have done 3 cycles of dbol only with great results, but it is all based on what your goals are. I am one of the rare few who believe in doing dbol only cycles for someone who is needle shy or plays a high school or collegiate sport to go undetected as it is out of our system much quicker then most IM injections of test. What i did was i would start out with half pill or 5mgs 5-7 times a day every 3-4 hours. After 2-3 weeks of that do same thing but pre-workout take 20mgs 1-1/2 hours before workout. one the pills are running low i take 20mgs spread out through the day or 5mgs every 4 hours. I always ate 5 meals a day and 2 protein shakes with a pill at all 7. This is what I've always done and i have never needed any pct or Aromatase inhibitor (AI) for the cycle. this last time i did this which just ended 2 weeks ago, i was able to put on 15lbs and my strength and size sky rocketed. now that i have lost 5lbs of probably water weight i look so much less bloated and more ripped. I wanted to tell you this because i was at 190 when i did this and managed to get to 205 which is what i see your goal is so i will tell you it is possible. i have managed to keep almost all of the strength and size gains but my hair did thin out a shitload from the 2nd time i did this :) haha hope this helps a little bit

Why the hell would you not run a pct?
 
traditional and "outdated" pyramiding seems to do the trick. and i don't really loose anything but my hair lol. i just take a supp stack like cellmass superpump nitrix glutamine protein and a test booster and im fine. i dont loose anything. if anything i gain more.
