trying to bulk...please help with diet

I am 34 years old
5'11 190 and been weight training for about 4 years..MY GOAL WEIGHT IS 205
here is my diet:

breakfast
1 cup of oatmeal
1 cup of whole milk
6oz of strawberries

snack:
1/4 of apricots
1/4 of roasted almonds
1 scoop of whey by optimum nutrition
1 cup of whole milk

lunch:
1 whole wheat tortilla with 2 slices of chicken breast deli meat 1 slice of swiss cheese

snack:
1 scoop of muscle milk
1 cup of whole milk
2tbs of peanut butter
2 hard boiled eggs

dinner:
8 oz steak
half sweet potato
1/2 cup of cottage cheese

snack
1/4 cup of cashews
1 scoop of optimum nutrition casein


i have been running this for about 3 weeks..and havent gained a pound

am i being impatient..does this look good..do i need to add more...
my stomach has gotten a lil fatter but my wieght has stayed the same

PLEASE HELP
 
hey mate just wait for 3J to reply he is really good...he helped me alot with my diet you will probly find you need more food if weight isnt moving not even a tiny bit
 
Just a quick look, if you want to put on 15lbs, youre eating nowhere near enough. To start your breakfast is nowhere near enough protien. Your lunch is probably about 20 grams of protien if your lucky.
 
what should i add in at breakfast time...a protein shake...i believe food is better than liquid but i workout in the morning so i dont wanna eat a ton of food..
where can i add more food in at and where should i add it?

ha no protein with breakfast? Eat some eggs or something. I'm dieting down right now and im pretty sure im eating a lot more than u. Every meal, lean protein, complex carbs. shoot for like on average 40g protein per meal and 60-80g carbs or something. simple carbs are good pre and post workout, other than that its more likely to turn to fat. But you're bulking, so just eat eat eat.
