I'm 5'11 and just around 170pds I don't know my body fat.
I'm trying my best to bulk up. I've been eating like a maniac for the past week also just finished my bottle of whey protein and haven't really gained anything. Maybe a pd. I just started going back to the gym 2 weeks ago. My goal by the summer would be a weight of 190-200pds of lean muscle. I've read through the threads and took some advice here and there. But I would like some personal advice. I just orderd a weight gainer... here's the link http://www.bulknutrition.com/?products_id=377 it was recommended from a post I read. I'll also be taking for supllements creatine, whey protein, vitamins, flax oil tabs. Hopefully it'll help me put on a couple of pds. and then by spring time I'll start to cut up. What YOU think?
