Just started my cycle with intentions to clean bulk with adding minimal body fat. (Not a recomp just a slower bulk to keep lean as possible)
Haven't been on a cycle in a couple years. Couple years ago put on major fat went up to 193 lbs 24% bf. naturally cut down to 133 lbs 9 % bf. was left skin and bones lost all my muscle mass.
Natural bulked back up to 138 lbs and 10% bf.
Just started my cycle 3 weeks ago. Running anadrol 50 daily for 25 days
Test E 250 ml a week
My problem is I feel I'm putting on to much fat vs muscle. I don't want to cut back calories to much and spin my wheels and waste a cycle but also don't want to end cycle with high bf. My bf is now 13.7.
Currently eating 2,760 calories
280g carbs
280 G protein
