Trying to cut..

hey guys, as summer is already here i figure its now or never. Im 5'11, 175lbs, and ruffly 13% BF. I'd love more then anything to be able to represent a 6 pack.. my daily diet consists of:

6:40am
- 1 scoop protiene powder (30g prot)
- oatmeal and granola

9:00am
-1 whole egg, 3 egg whites
-2 pieces of whole wheat bread
-banana

11:00am
1 chicken breast
quatre plate pasta

1:00pm
same as last meal

3:00pm
-1 chicken breast
-carrots, cucumber, peppers

5:30pm
-either red meat or turkey and abunch of veggies

8:00pm
-1 chicken breast
-carrots, cucumbers, peppers

9:30pm
apple, banana orange and yogurt

10:45ish pm
-can of tuna

I workout monday-friday, do intervals 3 days a week.. any suggestions. thanks
