Trying to Gain Lean Mass; Not an Expert By Anymeans. I would love some advice. Thanks

Hello all,

I am looking for some advice. I have done a cycle of Test and EQ in the passed and I had pretty good results with almost no side affects to my knowledge. I finished with a PCT.

I was thinking about trying again. I was thinking about doing Var with Test; however I may be prone to MPB more than most. I have read that while Anavar is safe for hair loss (or at least the safest), but that test is not good in that regard.

I am 29. 5'9 and 169 lbs. I have just recently with in the past 2 months been going to the gym again on the regular. The last time I used steroids I got quick results and looked pretty good in my opinion for a 8 week cycle.

I am not an expert by any means. I am just looking for advice from you all to help with my research. I am not trying to offend anyone or come off ignorant. I am seeking advice for what you all think would be the best option to get lean muscle mass (or cutting) with the least chance of hair loss. I know all steroids run the risk, but I was wondering what would be my safest option.

I am looking to get a jump start on "getting in shape" I still have some definition, but I am looking to get in the best shape I can.

What would you all recommend I do to achieve the results I am looking for? Any advice would be great. Thank you all in advance.

Dan

Start extensive research and read and read on this forum. Learn about the effects of high and low estrogen. What and how they work together. If you have only been back in the gym for a few months I would guess you need to train more for a while and get your diet and training on point to build LMM.

You can only BUILD more LMM by working an intense program of overload theory. With this your body and diet need to be prepared. You can get hurt pushing all this too quick and without more knowledge of BB and AAS science

Welcome and stick around and most of all read and educate. Read and ask Q's as to what you do not understand. Good luck

PS: oh, you don't get a jump start on getting in shape. You get in shape and when you max out you plug in.

How many calories do you eat daily? How much protein, carbs, fat and fiber grams? This is what will drive whether or not you will gain muscle mass.

If you have only been training for two months, you do not need steroids. In fact, you should not use them as you will likely injure yourself in the gym. Your tendons and ligaments are not strong enough to keep up with the muscle gains AAS will yield. Get one year in the gym before you consider a cycle. You should be able to put 15-20 pounds on in that time with a good diet, sufficient sleep and a good training program.

finasteride for hair loss brother. I run it always and it has saved my hair.
Im pre-desposed to a receding hairline.
Ive ran tren, win, mast, var, eq etc...... fina kept my hairline from receding and regrew hair that did recede prior to discovering fina
