Trying to get back to college days

1/28 no cardio
incl db bench 55sx15 80sx8 4 sets
dec bench hammer 180x15 230x15 280x15 300x8
db fly 20sx20 25sx20 30sx15 35x12
cable flys 40x15 50x15 60x8
going out of town tom going to try and smash a hard workout in morning
 
Head has really been out of it this last week had to push through every workout day..weight down to 205 as of last thurs still look the same after 23lbs...uhg going to resume cardio this week and pick it up a little.
 
weight on Feb 21 was 197.6lbs finally going to get water bf test tonight...dont know if I am more excited or dreading what they say..had no f ing clue my bf was so high back in Dec..lost almost 30lbs and still dont look lean belly and pones got my head all messed up...still been getting great workouts sticking to meal plan...3j switched me to keto last week I am going to do 3 more weeks of cutting then bulk and cycle
 
F came back still 18% bf...15lbs from where I want to be to start cycle..did 30 min cardio this morning 3 miles 10 incline
