trying to get rid of the gut and lower body fat %

alright guys summer is coming and i wanna drop some lbs, body fat and get rid of the gut. i've heard people say to cut down on the carbs so how many grams of carbs should i be taking in a day?

That is way too broad of a question. Maybe start off with telling us what your current stats are, what your training encompasses, and what your current diet looks like.
 
i'm 5'11 190lbs, i train 3-5 days a week and i try to eat as clean as i can but it gets hard.
i get really hungry sometimes and just want to eat everything in sight its annoying thats why i'm ready to start doing it right
 
Any idea about how many calories you are taking in per day? If you don't know, I would keep track of it for around a week and see where you stand. It is the best way to know what adjustments need to be made to your diet.
