Trying to perfect my cutting diet

lifting 5-6 years straight.
workout 6x a week.
My lifting/cardio is all in check just need to perfect my diet... im not sure if its balanced well enough.

1. protein pancakes
1/2cup rolled oats 150/2.5/27/5

1/4cup cottage cheese 50/0,5/4/7
1 scoop protein 120/1/3/24

2. 1cup chicken breast 231/5/0/43
1 cup sweet potatoe 249/0/58/4

TOTAL: 1599/28.4/110.8/219.4

Right now I am not active at all during the day, lay around mostly as I am unemployed currently. Usually lift for 1h-then 30mins cardio.

Any suggestions for my diet, or is it good enough.. im hoping to get rid of my fat for summer
 
your eating at the level of a woman bro.. not trying to flame or anything.. but LITERALLY... caloric intake is less then many women's here.. you have to take it up.. your body is just gonna stall...
 
your tdee is higher then you've put.. i would say your body burned 2800-3000 calories a day when you feed it correctly..

right now its probably crashing.. ur metabolism is slowing down more and more....

the balance of your macros are a little off.. but not tooo far off...

have you ever thought about becoming a client??

why do you wanna lose the weight so quickly??
 
There is no real important reason why, I just wanted to get in shape for summer.
I would love to become a client of yours, however since i am currently unemployed I dont think it would be a wise choice to spend my money on this.

what suggestions do you have then 3J to improve my diet?

go to my free diet advice thread in the diet section and read post 1... do everything it asks and come back to me.. we can continue then
 
I did read your post and many other stickies. I was shooting for carbs pre/post workout and thats it. maybe I do not need to do this?
After my research thats what i came up with. My meals before my workout i believe are good, just my last 2 are a lil low in cals.
any suggestions?

what if i added a cup of brown rice to meal 4? that would add 215 cals btu also 45g carbs?

do carbs for bfast, pre, and pwo.. raise yoru carbs up to 150g..

add fats to your last two meals.. 20g each meal minimum.. get your calories up to 2200
