Tried it today. 250g (60g of protein - WTF is the rest since there is no carbs/fat?) of tuna with a lot of orange juice. First sip was waaaay to chunky, I put in a little more orange juice and took her down. Not that bad. I wreaked of tuna, so I have to wash my hands and mouth. Definately adding this one as a meal for the day, but i'll play around with different drinks.
