Two question regarding diet...

because im too lazy to look in the forums im going to just post them...

1. I workout relatively late. usually home from the gym anyway from 9-11pm. When I get home im fucking starving, and want to know what the best foods if any, are to eat.

2. Im thinking about a carb cut-off type diet, not really sure how they work though, can anybody elaborate?

I would keep my meals protien based late at night. I like to cut out carbs after about 8pm. But if your training late then a few carbs post workout shouldnt be a problem I dont believe it will affect your diet.

What time you go to bed? R U trying to stay trim or bulk up? You really want your food to digest several hours upon sleepin. Since I stopped eating at 8p.m and sleepin at 12 im staying way leaner, but my scheduele work etc.. allows that. If your a late niter you can eat the carbs late.
