Two quick questions .....

Hi everyone I have a couple of questions for ya. I am starting my first test/deca/dbol cycle in a few weeks. I have spend the last couple of months getting my body fat to approaching single figures. I know that some fat gain will be inevitable on a bulking cycle but would like to minimize it. I was going to keep doing 45 mins of cardio on an empty stomach whilst bulking. Is this a good or bad idea ?? I also would like to know if you can draw 1 cc of Deca and 1 cc of Test in the same syringe ? Does it mix ok ?

I'd limit the cardio to about 20-25 minutes, maybe 3 times a week.

Yes you can draw up Test & Deca in the same syringe.

Now, please tell me this is NOT going to be your first cycle...........because if it is, you could not have made a worse choice imo.

What do you think would be a good choice for a first timer? Running 500mg/wk Test only cycle or combined with 200mg/wk deca?

first off if this is your first cycle read the link SC posted above..you should run Test only.. i would also limit the cardio..and yes if you were to run test/deca you can mix them...
 
I did a test/deca/dbol cycle as my first cycle, and a test only cycle for my second.

I truly wish it had been the other way around.

Even thought the test only was my second I did really good on it. I would definitely recommend it as a first.
