unhappy with researchology

ordered from researchology and very unhappy.

their oil and BA,BB came in plastic containers with screw caps

?????

why not a sealed vial like everyone else
makes home brewing difficult if not in sealed vial

also, I ordered 3 sealed GLASS vials and their packing job was terrible.
2 broke!

I think its fine.

Was it advertised as Sterile?

This is the only way ive ever bought it. You have to filter the final product anyhow so whats it matter? The only reason you would need to buy filtered oil is if you wanted to cut your gear with it. Same with Ba or BB. Brewing with filtered oil or pre sterilized BA/BB doesnt make financial sense as it costs 2x as much.

I would be unhappy about the vial though. Send em an email.
