Universal Kit Problems?

i have been trying to order things off of universal, but when i try to send my info, the website goes down. anybody else having this problem?

also , are there any other reputable places to purchase a S kit?

first time home brewer and I had some crash I guess I had some test. prop and test cyp jell up on me but if I heat it back up its a nice liquid again is this stuff still good to use or do I trach it what are my options and just for the future what did I do wrong
