Unrefrigerated frag?

So I fucked up. Reconstituted my frag at my fiancées house, Then when I brought it back to my house I left it in my book bag for 4 days.

I know it looses potency when unrefrigerated so is it basically garbage after 4 days at 68~ degrees F?

That is a good question but your product should be fine. Several temperature changes and exposure to light is what will weaken the sequence the quickest.
