Hgh frag 171-191 six to 12 month run

Hey what's up guys just looking for a little more input on my plan

macros:

300g/75g-100g/120g-(pro/cho/fat)

HGH FRAG 171-191 plan:

-250mcg in a.m. 30 min before morning hiit training
-250mcg 30 min before pm workout workout with weights and more hiit or should I do this one before I go to bed?
-5 on/2 off or just run it 7days?
-6-12 months duration

*IGF-1 bloodwork e6wks
Anymore info would be great thanks
 
I feel like frag is useless to be honest. The only time I have seen guys say it did anything was when they were at very low bodyfat already and needed a hand getting that final 1% or so off. Otherwise they said it made no difference when they had more weight to lose.
When I tried it I felt like it did absolutely nothing at all man.
