unsure with arimadex dosage

im gona start another 500 a week test cycle tommorow but gonna run arimadex for the first time right through! the arimadex i have are 1mg tabs
is this the correct way to use?

cycle 8 weeks

wk1-11 arimadex? dosage?
then wk 11 onwards pct
clomid 100 100 50 50
nolva 40 40 20 20

I use 1/2mg ED and sometimes dropto 1/4 or go EOD if I'm looking for a little. bloat.

wot just split the tab up into quaters!? the whole reason im taking is for gyno purposes im not sure if i picked a bit up on my last cycle theres no tissue just excess fat in that area which says ive had to mush estrogen so would 1mg a day block that out?

and was i right with stopping just before i start post cycle therapy (pct)
i heard that if you block out estrogen to much with an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) it can come back with avengence!! and the nolva clomid combo stops this??

estro rebound is possible with adex not aromasin
