12 DAYS IN MY 600MG WK X 10 WKS. BENCHED 315X8 LAST SUN. SQUATED 435 X 6 TODAY FEEL GOOD ABOUT 234 FROM 230. EATING GOOD 75% OF THE TIME. GOAL 365X6 BENCH 435 15 SQUAT. ARMS 18 TO A SOLID 19 THIGHS 28 CHEST IS 50 ALREADY SO WHATEVER JUST LIKE BENCHIN.IM OLD SCHOOL GOOD BENCH GOOD SHOULDER TRI. GOOD SQUAT GOOD LOWER BOD. THANKS FOR ALL THE ADVICES!
 
i will thanks! i started around 18% if i keep my eating clean and dont get focused on the scale hopfully i'll shead some fat to if i do ill post pics. i just eating alot of clean food 300 pro 400 carb and 60 fat.
 
update on 1/25/04

i feel pretty good,lookin a bite bigger.20 days in. im now 239 up about 5lbs. 395 for a single on bench press could of got 2 if i were a little more "amped up"435 for 8 on bb squat. arms 18" legs 26.5 chest 50" and calves 17" all cold measurments. goal by july 1st 20"arms 28.5 legs and 52 chest,before my 1 st cutter.these goals are set for the end of my 2nd cycle.(july 1st that is).this is my 1st 600 mg cyp.10 wks. for #2 it will be 75mg tren qod with 400 cyp. q wk 1-10 30 mg d-tab 1-5.qd.

I just finished my 3rd wk of my 600mg cyp.\wkx 10wks. i fell good my arms are up about 1\4'' 18 1\4 up to 240 from 234. some water gain not tons. benched 315 for 10 today. im 32 5'10''and this is my first cycle in 8yrs.
