ALL ABOARD THE GAIN TRAIN - Tren, Test, Drol, Mast 10 wk Bulk/Recomp

Thanks! Drol is AMAZING at putting on lean mass and gaining strength alongside tren, but the gymo effects are bad. Nipples were sore as fuck yesterday so I've decided to cut out drol entirely. No soreness and less puffiness today. When I get the surgery done this Feb, I'm hopping right back on drol for a pre summer mini-bulk, results are AWESOME, and wayyyyyyy drier gains than dbullshit.

Fucked up a little today, definitely at least 100g short on carbs. Took a rest day, exhausted from work and traffic. Tomorrow I'll be hitting shoulders most likely.

Dosage: 0.8mL Tren, 0.4mL Test
Weight: 197lb at the gym (thought I'd drop a few after stopping drol and missing a few meals in the past few days, perfectly OK with 197lb right now)

Training: Delts, Arms. Did something like 8 sets on machine presses, then 4 sets lateral raises, then 4 sets DB presses; moved on to a bunch of supersets for arms. Nothing too exciting here. I wanted to hit the smith press like last time and work up to 255 or even 275, but I didn't have a spotter so I said fuck it.

Diet: God damn ON POINT. Something like 550g carbs today, 200g protein, and only about 50-60g of fat.

Notes: No nipple soreness or random burning sensations as I've been feeling over the past week; Drol definitely fucks with gyno quite a bit. However, if you have good genetics against gyno (I DO NOT, I was a fat kid), I STRONGLYYYYYY suggest anadrol. The gains are legit. My gym partner didn't have the same sides, so he's upping to 150mg for the next 1-2 weeks. Very jealous.

Trained Chest and Legs yesterday. Started chest with DB bench, 120s for 17,14,10. Moved on to DB incline superset with DB incline flyes, 5 sets. Then 5 super sets of incline plate loaded and flat plate loaded. Finished with another 4 sets of crossovers.

Pretty tired after all this after a full day of work and an hour of traffic, but managed to nut up and do some legs. Started with a widow maker set for squats, 275x20. Pretty easy overall, gonna up it to 315 next time. Moved on to around 10 sets of calves and called it a day.

Diet was great yesterday, but pretty shit today. Ate out twice today and not clean whatsoever :p oh well, back on the ball tomorrow.

Will also be starting mast tomorrow at 175mg per week for the last 5 weeks on cycle. Last 2-3 weeks will be a quick cut. If I drop carbs to 300-400, I know I'll shred up real fast. My body's a fucking furnace right now.

Diet: Same as usual, aiming for 550C/200P/50-75f

Training: Hit back today.

1. Superset: Pull-ups and Unilateral Pulldowns - 4 sets
2. Plate Loaded Low Row - 4 sets
3. Plate Loaded Pulldowns - 4 sets
4. Rack Pulls - 3 sets (light)

Notes: Stoked about hitting 200lb :) Aiming for 205-210 by the end of cycle, then around 8 weeks of cruising (shed around 10-15lb), then back on for 4 week mini-bulk feat. anadrol and an 8 week cut. Excited to see what mast is gonna do.

Training: Did delts yesterday; planning on hitting arms a little later.

Delt:
1. Smith Press - 225x10, 255x5, 135x5x10 (last 5 sets were done with 1.5 reps: half way up, down, full way up, down)
2. DB Press SS Lateral Raises - 4 sets
3. Rear Delt Flyes - 4 sets

Delts were on FIRE so I called it quits.

Training: Did ARMS yesterday (ended up with around 15 sets for each bi and tri), and did CHEST today

Chest:
1. DB Bench Press - 120x19, 13, 10 - FUCKKKK 20 IS SO CLOSE
2. Incline Bench - 135 x 5 sets with 1.5 reps (down, half up, down, full up)
3. Plate Loaded Press - 4 sets

Aaaaaand the gym closed at 4PM because of some religious holiday or something... And the gym is closed tomorrow. Bullshit. Jesus would've wanted us to train.

Tomorrow will be a rest day, and then I'll hit BACK on the 26th.

Notes: Drank a looooooot past two days (oops) buuuuuut it's the holidays, what can you do. Definitely lost some water weight because of dehydration and not eating enough. Diet was much better today and will stay that way.

3. Front Raises - 4 sets
4. RDF - 4 sets

RACK PULLS (4AM)
225x10, 315x10, 405x10, 495x10, 585x8 (lol), 495x10, 10 - Doubled my PR on 6 plates. In 4 days. What?

Notes: Weight hasn't changed in the past week... :(

EDIT:

Trained ARMS today. Around 14 sets for bi's and tri's. Weighed in at 201lb. Not half bad.

Weight: 201lb surprisingly, ate crap the past two days

Training: Just about to hit delts. Fucking exhausted after spending all day in the car, so I'll likely just keep it light and hit all kinds of sets from different angles. Tomorrow will likely be legs or arms. Will post back if I hit any big lifts today.

Hit BACK and ARMS on Friday. Just getting back into the groove after the New Year's blip...
1. Rack Pulls - 315x10, 405x10, 495x10, 585x9 - My grip died on me :( I definitely had like 12 reps...
2. Pull-ups SS Unilateral Pulldowns - 4 sets
3. Arms - Around 10 sets bi's, 10 sets tri's

Today will be a REAL chest workout, no bullshit. And I've definitely slipped up on the bodyfat a little so I'll be spending the last 2 weeks cutting down a wee bit.

In other news, I have my next cycle laid out... I'll be spending around 8 weeks cruising at 200mg Test per week after this cycle is done, and then I'll be doing the following:

Weeks 1-4: Anadrol (provided gyno surgery is done)
Weeks 1-12: Test E 500mg/week, EQ 600mg/week
Weeks 13-23: Test E 200mg/week, Tren A 700mg/week

Goal is to bulk up to 215-225 over the first 12 weeks, then cut back down to a shredded 200lb (June-July). Will have adex and caber on hand as usual, and will cycle in clen periodically to speed up the cutting process. Probably will look to get off gear for a while after that (probably til December). Will be running the following protocol for PCT: The famous PoWeR PCT Program by Dr. Michael Scally. Don't foresee any problems coming off with this kind of PCT.

Training: Friday was BACK AND ARMS, yesterday was CHEST

BACK AND ARMS
1. Rack Pulls - 315x10, 405x10, 495x10, 585x9
2. Pull-ups SS Pulldowns - 4 sets
3. Arms - 10 sets bi, 10 sets tri

CHEST
1. DB Bench - 120x12, 12, 10 (deep, slow reps. Cleaned up form and felt it a lot better)
2. Incline Plate Loaded - 3 sets
3. Wide Plate Loaded - 3 sets
4. Pec Dec - 4 sets
5. Dips - 4 sets of 1.5 reps

Also planning out next cycle: I'd ideally like to start at a leaner 190-195lb, then bulk up to 215-220lb, and cut back down to 200-205lb.

Weeks 1-4: Anadrol 50-100mg ED (provided gyno surgery is done)
Weeks 1-12: Test E 500mg EW, EQ 600mg EW
Weeks 13-23: Test E 200mg EW, EQ 600mg EW (til I'm out), Tren A 700mg EW, Mast (if I can afford it)

Will have caber and arimi on hand as usual, and I got my hands on some pharma grade nolva, clomid, and HCG, enough to run the Power PCT protocol to ensure I can get back up and running when I'm done with this cycle. Will also have clen for weeks 13-23 to speed up cutting.

This will be run after an 8 weeks cruise at 200mg Test E per week.
 
Good stuff. Definitely watch the bloods before the next blast. If you haven't donated in a while, doing so before the eq would be a good idea. Keep pushing brother!

Appreciate it man! 2014's gonna be a big year for gains! And if I recall correctly, donating blood helps in dropping hemocrit levels to keep it low during EQ correct? And I'll definitely get the liver/kidney levels checked out prior to starting.

1. Rack Pulls - 315x10, 405x10, 495x5, 585x3 - Used shitty straps, grip failed badly on the last two sets. Gonna do these again today and do them right.
2. Pull-ups SS Unilateral Pulldowns - 4 sets
3. Low Plate Rows - 4 sets
4. Plate Loaded Pulldowns - 4 sets

Notes: Cracked open the last vial of tren yesterday :( Got 2 weeks left on cycle before the cruise begins. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the results of this cycle.
