Looking to put on some more mass on the outer and inner part of my bi's and tri's.

Any suggestions on what lifts will focus on width ?

Thanks bros!

Hammer curls are great for added thickness.

Keep it basic:

Close press
Dips
Lying ext.

barbell curls
Incline curls
Hammer curls

Dont forget Rows, cleans, and presses.

depends on how long u been working out, do u eat enough cals to house ur muscles? Tell u what bro, after i do triceps, i do knuckle pushups till i turn blue in the face, and i feel it more then ever as a burnout at the end of tri workouts, b-careful with hammercurls, i know some guys that have hurt them selves with too much weight, but i like supinated grip pull downs(palms up) and they seem to work the inner tri good.

Good tip, when u curl, look in a side mirror, and when u curl, go up slow, and down just as slow, and make sure u extend ur arms all the way down so u see u tri buldge.

Good tip, arnold did this, when u curl, keep wrist at a backwards 90 degree angle, it should look like u are rev'ing up a motorcycle...that should allow for new gains...good luck...stats???
