Just got in from seeing my Urologist. He said the blood work figures did not matter even though I am down to 9.2 so that is about 265 in the States. He said all that was important was how I was feeling. He has now taken me from 1 tube of Testo-Gel per day to 2 tubs of Testo-Gel per day and wants to see how I get on with that.

So......I want to be sure here! Where is the best place to apply Testo-Gel and I am sure I read that an over the counter cream can be used to go on top of the Testo-Gel to make sure the skin absorbs almost all of it......Anyone know what the cream is called or anything else to make sure it is being absorbed properly?

Any help will be great.

Thanks in advance.

I know this doesn't answer your question, but have you considered switching to injections? Injections seem to be vastly preferred by nearly everyone in this community.

Vastly preferred! I'm one. Easier, less hassle, faster, more effective, less aromatisation. Takes less time than cleaning your teeth and you do it twice a week. And there is zero pain with a 25g needle. What's not to like?

I was on cream for four months. Yuck.

But to answer your question: I was using a scrotally applied cream (AndroForte). Scrotal skin absorbs very effectively, to the extent that AndroForte is quite weak. That said, I had very low T levels on it - I'm not sure how low, as I decided to drive them lower to ensure I could get legal TRT.

So I moved to Test E two months ago, and my T levels went way above scale on 210mg of Test per week. Love it.

Oh, and your urologist is a dickhead. On testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and have T levels that low? Puhleese.
