Has anybody tried no pct?

Was watching a YouTube video (don’t have link) of a fitness “doctor”. Not sure if he’s legit or an actor but seems to know what he was talking about. He said the best way for you to cycle off is cold turkey (no pct). Your body gets back to baseline quicker this way. He was talking about the use of anavar, not sure if it would be specific to that one drug as it’s more mild. Would this work?

I dont use pct protocols anymore, theres really not much reason to do so imo for many reasons. If you plan to go back on gear its a waste of money and resources.
