I wouldnt chose winny...I'd go with something stronger like test or tren...both are much more anti catabolic and should save much more muscle than the winny
ckd is a relatively muscle sparing diet in itslef. i believe the ketones released while you are in ketosis preserve lbm. but that cycle you jsut posted would make sure you dont lose an ounce and will more than likely gain lbm.
Well i would think working out on a 5 day split, and not going too heavy, but then again not going light, would make me lose muscle. Especially becuase i workout on an empty stomach in the AM sometimes, and do cardio.
yeah i noticed that, i have to take it easy, i want to workout hard but i don't have the carbs backing my workouts. My chest got sore and took quite a few days to bring itself back to normal. Its alot easier to over train on no carbs.
