does anyone inhale and use pure oxygen when training ?

We all know weeks into a cycle and you feel strong as hell on leg day and you hammer it out big time,, but you can't catch your breath well. just curious if anyone has used this,, or any other form of pure oxygen in a small portable bottle.

So it isn't safe. To much oxygen is toxic. I dive and spear fish on enriched air with a higher oxygen concentration. You have to be very careful. You can die from to much oxygen. Anyone who recommends this isn't too bright. You can't just go and buy a cylinder of oxygen ether.

I got a chuckle out picturing you wheeling in a oxygen cart like an old decrepit person and then getting in the squat rack.

lol.. no way man. well maybe, I'd at least hook the tank to the rack to add more weight, that would be bad ass, right ?

these little Oxygen cans are only 12 inches tall,, it's portable, you just throw it in your pack,, take a hit off of it here and there,, not some big tank.

I haven't done any real reading on it, but I'd imagine that you would lose some intensity as oxygen has a calming effect. I don't know if they still teach it this way, but EMS was instructed to always give oxygen to patients as a means of calming them down.

I'm curious what they mean by 95% oxygen. Medical grade was 99.7% I think, but titrated down to 21% total air volume IIRC. I think I'll stick to my albuterol for now. :p

I don't know Roush, add a Johnny Knoxville costume (like bad grandpa) + the O2 rig on wheels. Then get in rack and kill it.

lol.. sometimes I do need to calm the fuk down, , if oxygen has that effect and thats true I should probably start taking oxygen like every couple of hours. I don't even watch TV anymore,, one of the last tv shows I watched I got pissed and punched several holes in the wall behind me. I'm just saying, I can get too intense.. and get really outta breath in the process. so heck maybe oxygen will help me calm down and catch my breath. of course if I lost my focus and too much intensity to hit the next set hard, that would be a bad thing..

as for albuterol , doesn't that raise blood pressure slightly. I looked into a few months back and was gonna add it in but read about BP issues somewhere.

not a bad idea.. shit once my strength is way up on this cycle I'll go full grandpa with a cane and my 02 tank and full grandpa costume,, go to my gym,, stuff a few pair of socks in my underwear for a huge nob,, and bust out some lifts.. I'll even have my girl come along with me dressed in a nurse out fit,, she's there just in case. have a 3rd party show up and film and see the looks i get.
just another classic you tube hit

Only at large doses, like when used as a thermogenic. I have an inhaler that I bust out when on tren, or leg day just isn't possible. ;)
