I'm doing testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and was watching the movie Love and Other Drugs the other day and saw the scene where the doctor injects himself with testosterone a few days before going to a conference that he said was more like a week long orgy. I know this is a movie but is there any truth to this scene about taking testosterone to be ready for an extra sexual boost over a short period of time? If so, what would be the optimal amount to inject and how long in advance should it be done for the optimal effect?

I cant answer this, but when I'm doing a cycle, I do about 1200 mg a week. My sex drive is crazy. But it also is not on any kind of schedule that you can count on. Sometimes I'll be crazy horny for 3 days straight, then nothing for a few days. Then it starts up again. And this does not happen after 1 injection.
