Vacation diet

I am going at the sea 5th July and I ll be there about 13 days. I decided to go on my first competition on October this year, so I dont want to lose muscles while on vacation. Should I only rest there or should I work improvisation workout? And what diet would be best to keep muscles? I plan on eating about 5 meals a day there so I think I wont lose muscle, all I can lose is some water... do u agre?

2yrs of natural training
almost 20yrs old
187cm or 6 2
90kg or 200
7% BF
 
I'm not an expert, but I recommend that you improvise at a resonable extent. Push-ups, pull-ups, whatever. Maybe some band work. Nothing overkill: rest is good.

Emphasize quality carbs and protein as much as you can and keep fat at resonable levels to maintain muscle and energy.
