hi big bros around,

i'm now in my week 9 of my 12 week test/deca cycle and i'm getting some good gains in terms of size and strength. however, there's some pointers i wish to seek from the experienced bros around so that i can max out everything that i can achieve before my cycle ends

i did primarily compound movements for the 1st 5 weeks of my cycle, with heavy weights and high reps, and the next 4 weeks i varied my workout towards a higher intensity-moderate weights regime similar to giant sets.

i had noticeable growth in major body parts, however, i realised that my arms are rather lagging still, especially my triceps.my arms gets pumped up during my heavy chest/back routine, but that's the only time they seems to 'grow'. for eg, the long head of my triceps are rather soft and fluffy and i've to flex 'em real hard to get it visible on my rest days

the movements i do consists mainly of pull-ups of various grips, lats pulldown, seated rows, T-bar rows and 1-arm rows and deadlifts for back, and flat/incline/decline bench press for chest. i consider my diet to be adequate with sufficient calories and protein otherwise i would not have gotten the 12 pounds gain.

is my workout inadequate or incorrect? i'm going back towards the high rep heavy weight regime now for the last 4 weeks of my cycle, after which i be doing post cycle therapy (pct). would appreciated if any kind bros can offer my valuable input how to maximise the remaining time that i have. thanks in advance!!

regards
adrian

your major muscle groups are growing faster than your arms because thats what your building based on your exercise selection. All good core compound movements, but you lack any curl work, or tricep specific exercises. Throw in straight bar standing curls, dips, close grip bench presses, and alternate DB curl.
