I lift weights and cardo. Most of my workouts i will do my whole body for 40 min or so using free weights but mostly machines. Before i start my workouts i do treadmill or some sort of machine for the cardo. Do you squat? I don't want to get to complicated with workout stuff, but workout hard, and try to get progressively stronger
Do i need to up the dosage at some point? i only have enough for 7 weeks though if i stick with 10mg a day. That is perfect, 10mg at 7 weeks, you should get results.
I weight is 140 lbs right now. I want to get down to 125. (I used to have a sexy bod and i want it back!) I used to look like the girl in your profile pic there haha. Stay consistent, you will get results over time.
Well I been eating low carb and high protein. I stated taking soy powered protein from health store. How many calories are you consuming per day? What is your carb/pro/fat breakdown?
also i have no sides at all and its been a full week at 10mg. that is good, but doesn't mean you need to take more.
How many weeks until sides usually show?? it depends, Usually for women, the longer you take steroids, the more sides show, and the MORE you take will effect the sides.
what sides may i get at 10mg? SIDES:
#1. water retention <---typical, keep sodium low, and diet clean,
#2. possible voice deepening,
#3. possible clit enlargement <--rare, only if you take too much too long.
this is my first time taking any type of steroids. Also how long until i start to see changes in my body on average??? should be able to see changes weekly. Changes will be either: strength gains or weight loss, and as you get deeper in the cycle, BF reduction.
