N numb New member Jan 13, 2015 #1 Hello, Anyone know some good vegetarian protein sources which are low in fat and carb AND gives complete amino acid profile? Taste doesn't matter. I've been eating loads of soy recently but need something else. P.S - Quinoa is out of question. VERY expensive here.
