vegetarian.......

If your an ovo-lacto vegetarian u can get protein from eggs, dairy, whey protein, cheese.. If your a vegan u cna get protein from soy, soy milk, tofu, soy nuts, also beans and lentils are good.
 
Soy is terrible for you. it will prevent you from reaching your goals in the gym. Soy is loaded with tons of phytoestrogens. It will not only screw up your thyroid but will also cause a lot of endocrine problems. When you consume to much phytoestrogens your receptors become overloaded with synthetic estrogen causing you to stop producing the estrogen yourself. Estrogen dominance will stop your gains in the gym. Try cutting out soy for a few months and see how you progress in the gym!
