Ok, I've seen a couple posts on this, and I just want to clear things up.
This is how it's described:
‘To identify the ventrogluteal
site, position the palm of your right hand on the
left greater trochanter so your index finger points
towards the anterior superior iliac spine (use your
left hand on the right greater trochanter). Now
spread your middle finger to form a V. The injection
site is in the middle of the V.’
I didn't really understand this, but after looking at a medical website, apparently that one pic of the dudes ass on these forums looks a little wrong. With the pic on the medical site, it's more of the hipflexor, and its more towards the front of the body than on the ass.. I'll post a pic to show you what I'm talking about. I was just making sure that it's more of a hipflexor shot than a way upper-outter glute shot.
