Very high SHBG and low free testosterone

I was taking SSRI antidepressants during 1 year and because of that my shbg is now very high (77 nmol/L). As a result of this my free testosterone is very low in 15 pg/ml (my total testosterone is 7,7 ng/ml). What can I do to lower SHBG permanently??

They do go together. One high the other low.

If you need an antidepressant use as low of a dose that you can and still feel good. I have been on them for 25 years. Less is most always best.
