Viagra is great if you have been drinking all day and need a quick fix, but I like Cialis much better. Cialis tends to last 24-36 hours, so if you plan on a couple days of banging, you can't go wrong. Cialis is the way to go. Viagra is good for a few hours but wears off. Cialis will keep you going for 48-72 hours. You'll probably still get the same sort of sinus headaches as you would with Viagra, though. Along with blurred vision, increased heart rate, etc. But, hell, you'll have wood!!!

Try half (10mg). That may be all you need. It's the same thing with viagra. Very few of us will need 100mg (some get by with as little as 25mg).

With the higher dosages, come increased risk for sides. It's better to start off with the lowest effective dose possible.
