Vitargo S2 or something like it

My trainer/ nutrionist want me to start taking vitargo S2 before workouts. The problem is that the stuff cost so much!!! And the stuff is patented so no one else has the stuff. Does anyone know of anything that would work as good?

It is pretty expensive stuff. I personally like to stick to either a decent meal before hand or some waxy maize.

yeah man we got some in at the nutrition store i work at and I honestly don't see the big hype about it - wayyyy too expensive if you ask me
