Docs has me on 100mg of cyp a week for awhile now .......I can barely how you bust a good nut but he won't give me HCG

Yeah, does your doc have your total T levels at least at 500 ng/dL? Optimal for most people is 700-900 ng/dL, this is where you want to be. Some people will get there on your 100 mg of test per week, most need a bit more.

HCG for testicular atrophy is an "off label" use, so you will need a more progressive doctor to even consider it.

If you look around, you can find a source for HCG online. We can't provide that here since it's against the rules, however, most people are forced to go that route since it's difficult to find a doctor willing to try it.

I swear most of these Drs really dont know what they're doing in this area. At first he was trying to give me bi-weekly injections of 200mg. I had to explain to him the rollercoaster assect that was going to cause.

Yeah, 150 mg per week is a good start. Have you gotten blood work to see where you are at with the 100 mg per week? You want to look at your Total T, free T, and E2.

This is why I treat myself, test is so cheap that the insurance aspect doesn't matter to me. Of course ordering pharma grade test is a little more than UGL but to me it's still worth it over someone telling me a total T of 800-900 is way to "dangerously" high. I shit you not this is what my doc said, she believes to aim for 400-500, I see no point in this whole TRT deal unless we're using enough to feel normal. For me I don't feel okay in that range, I feel best in the 800 range.

She also wouldn't do hCG or an AI, so hell why even mess with her. When I can't get pharma test I use PSL and adjust according to labs.

Yeah, 400-500 mg/dl is shit. Why even bother pinning.
