i plan on doing a clean bulk all through the summer. In the winter i tend to drink more whole milk, eat burgers, and hit up fast food\chinese buffets and sometimes icecream.
And of course i eat lots of tuna and baked potatoes and gallons of milk because they are extremly cheap. So lots of times i will find myself eating potatoes and cans of tuna for meal, but it doesnt bother me i am used to it by now.
I have a fast metabolism and manage to keep my 6 pack, but it isnt as tight as it is in the summer. In the summer i tend to switch to skim milk, eat more chicken rather than burgers and I dont eat ice cream. I like to keep my bf down to the point where i always see my abs. I dont want a gut at all.
Hey husky guy i see that you like to drink whole milk while bulking, that is what i do it helps a lot. A longer bulk would def help and that is what i do from about march-oct.
either way, durring any bulk i make sure i take in 2grams of protein per lb of body weight.
