want to buy a book to learn more about AS

can anyone recomend a book on AS,diet, nutrition,etc, etc that is very informative yet easy enough for a newb to understand..

The book is good. It has a few mistakes but otherwise it's a solid read. I helped out i little in the writing (about 6 of the drug profiles are mine) but A.R did the majority of the research, editing, checking the refs etc. Anyway i think the book is worth the buy.
