With ANY methylated PH cycle I recommend post cycle therapy (pct). As far as which, I will give my opinions on them both.
Methyl 1-test, the bloat king. IMO if your looking to put on 15 pounds in 20 days, then lose 10 pounds post cycle, this is the compound for you. Add to that the smack in the libido, and the fatigue, and it is just a great compound. All sarcasm aside, IMO unless you use M1T to jump an injectable cycle, it is not the best choice of compounds. Unfortunately, my little voice is drowned out in all the little uneducated fvcking newbies screaming "I gained 20 pounds on methyl 1-test!!!" If you cannot tell, I am not extremely fond of the compound for myself. I know there are a million people out there calling it the second coming of legal anabolics, so whatever.
Now, I personally LOVE M5AA, and consider it the BEST of the methyl PHs (as does Patrick Arnold FYI) Minimal sides, minimal bloat, and steady keepable gains. No, you will NOT jump 10 pounds in 10 days on M5AA, but you will keep most of what you put on in your M5AA cycle, as long as your post cycle therapy (pct) is on target.
