Want to Get in the Game But do it Right

I was a hard core lifter when I was 20-23 years of age. However, school, new career and wife changes things. The last year I have been getting back into shape and getting into the swing of things again.

I recently purchased the V2 lifting system and have been consistently completing a cardio and lifting regiment Mon-Friday. I complete 45 minutes of cardio in the morning and 45 minutes of lifting when I get home. Is this enough?

I have also made sure that I stick to a strict diet. High protein, fiber, low carbs, lots of fruits and vegetables.

Mt stats consist of 5'11", 200 lbs. I would like to be at 175 with more strength.

Like most people I am tired of busting my hump with no results. I am trying to get into the game so I can see drastic improvements.

My plan to start with 30mg of winstrol per day for 3 weeks. This will help me add strength without putting on weight. Then move to 50 mg of Tren for 3 weeks to build mass.

Does this seem like a good plan? Like others on the site a source is problem as well. If anybody has references please email me kyoung911@hushmail.com

No it does not sound like a good plan...Well your training and diet plan yes but winstrol only is not a good idea. Winstrol can and will shut down your natural Testosterone production. If and when that happens it can cause negative emotional and physical side effects. Lethargy, mood swings and erectile dysfunction among other things...

You body needs Testosterone included in any "cycle".
 
I am 30 years of age. What is a good first step for someone in my position? I need to cut weight. Would clen be a viable option?
 
you can get it at a gnc. its a bit pricey tho... you could get 2 vials for the price they want. just have a friend inject it into you if your not ok with needles.
 
Is there one you suggest to buy. Money is not an issue. I do not have a problem with injecting my self. It sound like everybody agrees I need test. What is my next step for the biggest gains.

don't take GNC test boosters..they do nothing. I ran winstrol for my first cycle, it's simple, doesn't convert to estrogen and no injections..which most first timers would rather do without.

I'd say run it between 40-60 mg's day for 6 weeks and you'll see great results. Put on like 60 pounds on my bench when i used it. But never run tren this early in the game, especially as your first injectable cycle. Go with test or test.primo for cutting. you'll read that test makes people bloat, but it's about diet.

Test NEVER made me bloat! And fyi...I pretty much ran it since my first shot ever in march....Diet and water! Cardio and lots...I have yet to do a compound that makes me retain water..

As for doing Winstrol (winny) or anything without test! I'd say NO NO! Anything takin long enough to promote muscle growth! Will shut you down!
