I've been weight training for about 2 and a half years. I was around 73kgs when I first started now I'm at 82kgs. It's only been the last 8 months that I would say I've been training right, but only the last 3 months that I've been dieting right. I am thinking of trying steroids or peptides or maybe both to give myself a boost. I work a desk job 8 hours a day and train weights 1 hour at night, 5 days a week but I'm about to up that to 6 days. My body looks pretty good except I have bout 20% body fat almost all of which is around the abdomen. My diet is super clean and I only drink water.

Diet:
8.00- 4 Half boiled eggs and 3 slices of brown bread
8.30 - banana
9.00 - protein shake ( whey, 0g of fat, 0g of carbs )
10.30 - tuna salad
12.00 - meat n rice/pasta
3.30 - 4 grilled chicken tenders and salad
6.00 - meat w rice/pasta
7.30 - protein shake during workout

I am thinking of trying sus 250 for 5 weeks and doing it with peptides GHRP-6 with IGF-1

Is this ok for a beginner?

Probably get more responses in the anabolic steroid forum. But to answer your question I'd have to say hold off on the gear. You're 82kg, which is like 180lbs or so I think... at 20% BF. You have a lot, and I mean A LOT more growth in you. Patience is a good trait to have. Give yourself another 2 years I'd say. Get those big lifts up and eat a lot of food. You will grow, guarenteed. Also, if you ignore all that, I'd run a single steroid without peptides. The peptides aren't needed yet, just figure out how you respond to Sustanon (sust). Also you will gain loads with just the test, as you are not even close to your natural potential.

Age? And your diet is not adequate...also, 2 years of training isn't much experience brother.
I'd say hold off in the gear

Not sure if anyone has given you the info you need but it does depend on your age and how long you have been working out.

5 weeks is a no no, that is a waste of time you should do a min of 10 weeks and a max of 15 excluding PCT

What i recomend and what i did first round

1ml of Sust every second day
1ml of equapoise every second day
1ml of Exemenastane daily {anti estrogen}

Then you will need to run your PCT to finish. Sust is a must do i reckon, its an awesome roid and the equapoise is up to you first round it will give an awesome edge but its your call. Antiestrogen is a must and PCT is a must.

I forgot to say I'm 28 years old.

I've started taking the peptides on it's own and I also have changed my training. I train 2 days on take 1 day off. 5km slow jog every morning.

Day 1 - Shoulders 45 mins, Triceps 30 mins, Abs 15 mins, Cross Trainer 10 mins, Treadmill (walk) 10 mins.
Day 2 - 10 x 100m sprints then Legs 45 mins, Biceps 30 mins, Abs 15 mins, Cross Trainer 10 mins, Treadmill (walk) 10 mins.
Day 3 - Rest Day - Shrugs 15 mins, Lats 15 mins, Calves 15 mins, Abs 30 mins, Cross Trainer 10 mins.
Day 4 - Chest 45 mins, Triceps 30 mins, Abs 15 mins, Cross Trainer 10 mins, Treadmill (walk) 10 mins.
Day 5 - Back 45 mins, Biceps 30 mins, Abs 15 mins, Cross Trainer 10 mins, Treadmill (walk) 10 mins.
Day 6 - Rest Day - Shrugs 15 mins, Lats 15 mins, Cross Trainer 10 mins, Treadmill (walk) 10 mins.

I've noticed I've put on size and muscle firmness, but not sure if this is from Peptides or from my new training regime.

When you make changes, try to make it a single factor. Example, you changed both your workout routine and you added a peptide. You don't know if its the pep or routine.. If you had just changed your routine and you got the same results then you basically wasted money. If you didn't change your routine and you added a pep then you know you it was the pep.

This is true for all supplements (creatine, proteins, pre-workouts, post workouts, etc.), training routines, days of rest, hardcore supplements, etc. Try to make single variable change.
