if you know of it...good. if not, the Warrior Diet is a book by Ori Hofmekler...check it out at www.warriordiet.com. my question was for those of u who have read this book and understand/use the methods, what do your meals/eating habits look like? trying to get 2g protien/lb. bodyweight is hard enough with 6 meals a day, how do u do it using the WD principles? and even more importantly, how do u eat during a cycle? i know, im askin a lot of questions. how can this warrior diet effectively be used for bulking, on and off of a cycle?
