Water intake

hey guys just want to get an average on how much water people are drinking or how much water we should be drinking :)
 
Ive always heard between 1-2 gallons per day, while on gear anyways. I personally drink over a gallon but probably not 2. I sit at a desk all day and Im constantly sipping on water. I then try to drink at least another half gallon once i get home from work.
 
as much water as you can man, especially while on cycle. minimum a gallon on days that you work out.
 
I've always heard about a gallon and a half for a 200lb male on workout days but I could never consistently do this. Getting my water intake has always been a weak point and always causes a nasty looking water weight pouch on my stomach. Kind of depressing when you get to single digit bodyfats and can hardly tell because of water!!
 
i personally just stopped drinking everything else and do nothing but water except gingerale with meals to get the large amounts of food down...all water bottles all day and 2, 3 dollar waters in the gym i piss like a fckn horse but just means your constantly flushing out all the shit
