water retention and anavar

I have been reading a ton on this board about anavar and water retention. I'm a little confused about weather this is a long term effect that stays on the body well after the cycle has been stopped or is this something that will go away once the cyle has been stopped?

Is there a specific diet plan you would recomend like specifically avoiding foods you normally include in your diet when your not on a cycle?

thank you

I'm only on day 6 of an Anavar only cycle and my head/face looks like Tito Ortiz's already...but the water retention is not prevalent any where else in my body - odd? It's to the level where I almost think this is anadrol not anavar.

i tend to get water in my face when on. moon face we call it. how much weight have you gained, dosage?

30mg day 1, 40mg day 2, 50mg days 3-6

I've seen zero in the way of positive effects (hardness, vascular, strentgh etc) but the lethargy, moon face, slightly red eyes caused prob from elevated BP and mood swings had no problem kicking it right away. I know some people just take differently to certain compounds. Winstrol orally was a super drug for me, but a bad week 1 thus far for Anavar.

Should I just cut it off now and give in or worth waiting for a few weeks? If it gets to be too much and I were to stop after 10 days or so, is post cycle therapy (pct) needed for such a short time on supposedly mild gear? If so, how extensive?

Thanks much man.

are you male or female? Anavar (var) takes a good 3 weeks to kick in fully, or start seeing effects I should say.

this is female forum.
