water retention

I have heard so many people say keep some nolvadex close to hand just in case. what are the first signs of having to use it?

It's not necessarilly just to fight water retention (although it does help against the estrogen related sides), but it's normally recomended to have it on hand at the first sign of gyno. However there are more effective things in combating gyno such as letro.... but it's still good to have your nolva on hand because you never know what could happen and you don't want to get stuck with your cycle being finished and no way to get your pct

Also, if you are looking at running an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) (which you should), letrozole would be the last choice. Most would tell you to use either Arimidex or Aromasin since they aren't as harsh as Letrozole.
